Class Times for Levels 1-6

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 4:30-6:00 PM*

Saturday (Bi-monthly): 9-11:30 AM

Sunday (Bi-monthly): 7:45-11:15 AM (includes 8 AM mass)

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 4:30-6:00 PM*

Wednesday Evening: 7-8:30 PM

Sunday (Bi-monthly): 7:45-11:15 AM (includes 8 AM mass)**

Home Instruction is permitted by exception for good reason.

 *Note time change for weekday classes

**Note addition of Level 8 classes on Sunday

Sacramental dates for 2009:

Confirmation:  Friday, May 8, 3 & 6 PM assigned by class

First Communion:  Sat., May 2 and May 16, 2009, 11:00 AM & 1:30 PM

To re-register levels 2-6 only:

1.   Mail in filled out & signed Emergency form(s) (one for each child)  with:

• Payment slip with tuition

• Payment plan (only if you need it) with deposit

• Change of day request, if desired

2.  When office receives the above (#1), child will be “moved-up” to

next level.

3.  Registration must be received by Friday, May 30^th    to be

     assured of day and time desired.  After that date space may be  

     given away to another child when we do open registration to

     incoming families.

To Register 1^st year children

Please note:  if you need to re-register older children in your family as well, bring all of their paperwork with you to register them and your 1^st year child, all at the same time.  This would also eliminate the need to mail anything in.

1. Must register in person

2. Must bring Baptismal certificate even if baptized at Seton – no child will be registered or placed in a class (no space will be held) without certificate!

3. Also:

  4.   Registration days & times for families with 1^st year children and families with 1^st year children with siblings already in the program (bring paperwork for entire family):

• Wednesday, May 21, 2008: 10AM-1PM and 6-8PM

• Thursday, May 22, 2008: 10AM-1PM and 6-8PM

 To re-register Levels 7 & 8 only

 1. Must register in person because classes cannot just move-up due

to class size and times.

• 7^th – only 16 in a class

• 8^th – only 14 in a class

• Thursday, June 12, 2008: 10AM-1PM and 6-8PM
